Neck and the Heads
Neck and the Heads mix traditional blues with fast-paced, danceable rock and roll, making them uniquely equipped to deliver 6th Street favorites while always sounding fresh and original. Whether it’s dancing with the crowd, the band authentically laughing and smiling together, boisterous soloing, their iconic band chant, or their famous interactive “tip song” that makes them one of the highest-tipped bands in the city, Neck and the Heads create a culture of interpersonal showmanship that generates invaluable regulars for their residency bar. Above all else, Neck and the Heads create the kind of party atmosphere that 6th Street demands while always maintaining top-tier professionalism. Together since July 2026, this all-star lineup has solidified its residencies at the Dizzy Rooster every Thursday and Saturday night and has become a tightly knit band whose collective identity and love for their music resonate with audiences of all ages and backgrounds. They’re just getting started.
